When the team at #bfearless, a boutique renowned for its bold style and empowering mission, envisioned expanding their space, they sought more than just a renovation—they wanted an experience. Together, we envisioned a design that would seamlessly connect their indoor and outdoor spaces, enhance the flow, and provide visitors with more opportunities to gather, shop, and linger.
One of the most impactful changes was the addition of a breezeway that not only connects the boutique to the home store but also adds valuable new spaces behind the scenes. This thoughtfully designed area now includes offices, a break room, and a flexible hosting space for events. It’s more than a hallway—it’s a hub that improves daily operations, fosters collaboration, and creates a seamless flow between shopping experiences.

Inside, we gave the boutique an upgrade, blending functionality with the brand’s signature personality. Every detail—from fixtures to finishes—was chosen to highlight their products and mission. The updated layout makes for a more inviting shopping experience, with better flow for both browsing and events.
An Outdoor Space Made to Enjoy

The transformation didn’t stop at the door. Outside, we created a space that invites both play and relaxation. Stairs cascade down into an open, multi-use area where visitors can enjoy a game of putt-putt, settle into comfortable seating, or simply soak in the atmosphere. The design balances vibrant energy with cozy nooks, making it perfect for gatherings, community events, or just an afternoon in the sun.
We also refinished more of the exterior, giving the building a fresh, cohesive look that ties the entire property together. Updated materials and finishes not only elevate curb appeal but also create a polished backdrop for the vibrant outdoor activities and gatherings this space now supports.
