Our Founding Story

While others may start with construction and add design later, we’ve always done the opposite. Every project begins with thoughtful, intentional design — it’s who we are at our core. Most people assume Flynn is Sadie’s maiden name, but it’s actually her middle name — chosen back in college when this was just a dream and the foundation was being laid for what would become S.Flynn. Design has always been the heartbeat of our company.

Seven years ago, Kyle joined the team, bringing his expertise in construction, restoration, and project management. His arrival allowed us to fully embrace the Design + Build model — a shift that transformed everything. What began as a passion for interiors has grown into a company where design leads the way, and construction naturally follows, letting us thoughtfully shape and bring each project to life from start to finish, together.
